I waited an hour and a half to get Xrays and to be told I had a dislocated thumb. I was frustrated because when I arrived there was only 1 other patient in the waiting room so I thought GREAT, but why did it take an hour and a half then?? the person that handled my pre exam routine blood pressure, pulse, etc was great and so was the PA but somehow the team dropped the ball in my opinion. At least they followed up after and scheduled me with an ortho doc so ....but I think they need to up their game. I probably won't go back ... read more
