RediClinic’s computer-based scheduling has enabled staff to be void of compassion. We have 3 young children, including a 3 month old. We suspected our oldest of strep, so we scheduled a 10:15a appointment. Due to the unpredictability of a 3month old, we arrived 7minutes late. The staff at Rediclinic would not see my son because the ‘system’ removed him after being 5minutes late. I understand we are late, but the lack of compassion and hiding behind the system is poor customer service.
