No one rang me on my appointment time
We arrived just before our appointment time and had to wait for a few minutes afterwards. When we got called in by the doctor, he was very friendly and approachable, gave us the information we needed, recommended tests and medicine and sent us on our merry way. Good energy all through.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Show up 15 minutes early for my appointment as requested, get told “the doctor will be about 10 minutes late” 2 hours and 35 minutes later, I'm still being told “1 patient in front of you” while watching a steady stream of people get seen ahead of me. Definitely won't be attending this facility again. Absolutely appalling customer service next to no regard for clients.
