The younger receptionist lacks communication skills and is not very accommodating. I’ve been going to the same doctor for a year now but she asks me the same questions every visit that should be on my medical history that she should already be seeing on her screen. Can be frustrating to deal with when you’re in pain at the clinic.
Really good
I spent less than five minutes with doctor Nivedita Nagarale, and was then asked to collect the swab myself, without any explanation. I was simply given a piece of paper and told to follow it. The bathroom was very unclean, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this service.
I’ve been seeing Dr Rahman for many years, always on schedule! He really cares about his patients and their wellbeing.. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. He was originally in Cairnlea & moved to Caroline Springs. I will drive to whichever Clinic he is at to see him.
