We’ve had an ongoing and extremely frustrating experience with Redi to Serve over the past month and a half. The soda machine in our restaurant was already installed before we took over the building, and it has been nothing but problems since day one. The machine is consistently leaking, creating a mess and raising serious concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the unit. I contacted this business to gather details about vending products and services. The lady who answered the phone was terribly annoyed. Question after question that I asked, she seemed to be aggravated. My questions weren't silly they were about equipment and costs. Pardon me if I am not apart of the daily business, that is why I was asking the questions. I finally got frustrated by the lack of enthusiasm and hung up. I'll take my business elsewhere.

First, I would like to say something about another review. The complaints that were posited took place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This strained ALL local businesses. Secondly, the driver who services my work place on his route has worked very hard to make sure we are happy. I have worked directly with him to resolve some of the issues employees had with some vending options. He has been patient and kind. I greatly appreciate it.
