We have rented here for 15 years or better. Every year when the temp drops the key pad stops working. We complain every year. You have to get out of your truck and use the inner pad and run back before the gate closes. Ridiculous. You can’t even find the right person to complain to. Just got off the phone with the manager and was told they would say something to maintenance but chances are nothing will get accomplished. Nice.

Redi Storage in Stow safely secured my belongings for several years. Beth and her other colleagues were always responsive to needs and went out of their way to provide timely service. I highly recommend Redi Storage for your temporary or long-term storage needs.
Had my household goods moved from Calif to Stow, OH and stored with Redi Storage in their climate controlled facility. Never had any issues as facility is security controlled. Just recently removed my belongings and everything was dry and no issues.
