They used to be the best. I went in for a scheduled alignment one day: They sat on my car for 6 hours until 3pm, but had no problems taking unsolicited glamor shots of my car for their social media presence shortly after I arrived. They did a halfway job aligning it, and said “these are kinda hard you know?”. I had a legit tire shop fix it later in half the time and 1/4 the price, and it was arrow straight. Never going back. two stars is generous.
Have salute horrible experience at this place.Took it in to get some work done.Came back with a $4900 bill.Then as we're leaving they tell us watch out your brakes are bad.
I brought my BMW B58 to this shop because I had smoke coming out of the exhaust. Before they looked at it I told them I thought it was a PCV Diaphragm issue. Which is common on the B58. They said they looked at PCV diaphragm and it was fine but they discovered the “turbo was leaking oil”. They quoted me $6200 to get a new turbo. Something didn’t feel right to me. Had new tires and alignment done. Had some issues getting it to go straight with the wheel. Jessie was able to assist me in getting it down and was extremely patient. That mixed with Ian's customer service, i'll be bringing my type r back next time it needs work done. Adding another visit for the time I brought my 370z in this week, again, Jessie impressed me with how throughout and transparent they are. Having a trustworthy shop is very hard to come by these days
