I took appointment for my mom and they said Dr. Will call us but it’s been 2 days no one call us. What if my mom’s health get worse?? After 2 days I called them then that lady was arguing instead of help , she was stating that it was not me. These guys are just for making money they are not for helping peoples. I would recommend never go to this redicare. I changed my PCP. I would give big 0 star. They are not deserve for even 1 start too. Very disappointed with these people’s.
I want to know why you are making people REMOVE their N95 masks so they can put on your worthless surgical masks??? How about allowing them to just put your paper mask over their N95??? 🤷🏼♀️ COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If we get sick, you will be SHUT DOWN.
Just posted this review on Google hoping to get a response from the medical director, or their corporate office. I visited Redi-Care in Easton 03-09-20 and was instructed not to return to work for a week 03-16-20. Because I work for the United States Postal Service, anything over 3 days has to be associated with FMLA. On 03-14-20 I submitted my FMLA packet to to the guy behind the desk at Redi-Care to be filled out by the doctor that seen me, it's now 03-31-20 & I still haven't received my packet back. RecommendedI'm always impressed with how friendly they are and how they give unsolicited advice on how to take better care of ourselves, etc. Just got my medical card renewed, and it was an excellent experience as always. Many thanks to Regina and the staff for all they do!
Took about three hours to see the doctor.

just waited an hour and didn't even get checked in and didn't even need to see a doctor. Was only there for a drug test and walked out. Will never go back
Awful Awful Awful. Over an HOUR wait for 5 min appointment. Doctor was unprofessionally dressed. They still operate on paper files so they can't even electronically send a prescription. Place looks disgusting. Never again.
