Our policy is that we collect all co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at time of service. This is standard practice for most urgent care centers.
Good care, convenient, nice people. I'd rather come here than my doctor and especially the ER! Very good doctor. No complaints here.
I want to thank the team at Redi Care for their excellent care for my son a couple of weeks ago. My oldest accidentally put his right arm through a glass window and needed 47 stitches. The staff went out of their way to keep him (and me) calm and comfortable through a horrible situation, even letting him play some of his favorite music throughout the procedure and letting my youngest watch TV in the lobby. I went here upon moving to the area, before I got a primary care doc. By far the best urgent care I have ever been to. Not to mention their cash prices are far lower than competitors. The staff is welcoming, with a good sense of humor. Dr Purcell is a smart guy and will take as much time as needed with you. I definitely did not feel rushed. Highly recommended (and thanks!)
