I can not thank Darryl enough for taking the time to work with me and make sure I had a piercing that was safe and comfortable for my body. He did my navel piercing and he was so patient, and explained every aspect of what was going on. His level of professionalism is out of this world. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to get another piercing!!

Darryl is absolutely fabulous! He's a great piercer, great at jewelry matching and pieces, etc. I am always greeted with smiles and chat. Feels like home there. Everyone goes out of their way to get you what you need/want. I cant express enough about this shop and the people who work here! Love you all ❤👍
Amazing service and very personable. Helped with decision making, showing and explaining what it would look like and the costs associated with it. Made my experience worth while, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would go back again for my next piercing.

Very bad communication skills with customers. At least the people who do piercings. My daughter was there a couple of months ago for a belly button piercing and the guy was so rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. Would not recommend them for piercings.

I have been coming here since 2010 for all of my piercing needs (as well as some beautifully done tattoos by Jess) and have had really amazing experiences every time. Darryl always goes above and beyond, and helps pick out beautiful jewelry, whether I am back in Buffalo visiting, or trying to pick out fancy jewelry for my wedding all the way from Vermont. Everybody here is genuine and they truly are like family. I will always recommend Redhouse to everybody!
