I've been an investor with this company for over 10+ years and have had exceptional returns on my investments. This last round was an unexpected turn of events but I do not blame the sponsor here.
Bad Sponsors & Managers. Lost ENTIRE investment and blames everything but themselves for a poor underwriting and not having insulation baked in for the unexpected. These are not people you want to give your money. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.
Horrible for investors. Mismanaged funds and bankrupted investors in a short period of time.
I lost my entire investment with this company, which was a substantial amount of money. Guess I learned my lesson in investing in real estate syndication deals. Never again.
Lost all my money invested with this firm, horrible, you’ve been warned avoid this company. Clearly they don’t know real estate investing, 100% loss of my investment….so sad….
