I cannot speak highly enough of Redhead Family Dental. Dr Andreas Schwander is the most caring, gentle, kind and professional dentist, who genuinely cares about his patients. Rebecca, the dental nurse and practice manager is incredibly kind, caring, helpful and professional. I have never had a painful experience at Redhead Family Dental, and I feel completely relaxed going there each time. I genuinely recommend them as highly as possible!
Today I was treated here by Dr. Lisa after my brother recommended her services. I was super nervous as it was the first time I’d seen a dentist in over ten years. Dr. Lisa and the Dental nurse clocked that I am neurodivergent (without my having to tell them) so quickly and that I was nervous- they were so great at keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout the process of having my teeth X-rayed and cleaned. Amazing experience overall! The dental team was warm, professional, and made me feel at ease. Best care I’ve received. Only feedback — the admin team (Rebecca) could work on her abrupt tone and me more empathetic . Other than that, everything was great, and I’d still highly recommend!
