Good shop. Excellent customer service. Staright forward assessment of the repair. Highly recommend
Had an oil change. Price was good. Service was kind and friendly. I have a recommendation: I always have my headlights set to Auto. when they serviced my car after doing all the diagnostics they reset my headlights to Off. The next time I was driving at night I didn't realize they weren't automatically on for a long time. I was lucky I didn't get a ticket ...or worse. Please make it a rule to either reset the customers settings to the original position or tell them they have been changed. Thank you
This is our second time there. The work itself was good. However, the level of trust is unsatisfactory. We requested for a replacement of the cooling fan module for 2016 Range Rover Discovery Sport. They quoted around $1500 before we complained. We found the part at Autozone for $300 and didn’t understand why the price was so high. We are looking for a shop we can TRUST and be transparent not try to rip us off! This is unacceptable.
The custom service and service I was given at Redhawk auto was outstanding. The manager hub made sure that I was up to date with everything that was going on and made sure that a part I needed for my car got there as soon as possible. Overall all I had a great experience at that place
