the maintenance man derek is the best! always gets the job done quick and efficiently!
Mr. Derek is great! Took care of my apartment fast and is friendly and kind! It’s my first time asking for assistance and they move so fast!
The apartments are well takin care of. All employees work in a timely manner. Mr. Derek head of maintenance is wonderful. When a request is sent in it is done the next day. He is very attentive to all residents. Adrian in the office is wonderful as well. All request and questions are answered immediately.
Ms Derek is the best maintenance man he always comes to the rescue when something breaks it can be light bulbs it can be sinks it can be restrooms anything he can fix it good attitude fast talkative very attentive very nice very good Mr Derek keep doing ur thing sir
My family moved here only recently but I can say out of all the apartments ive rented this has been the most helpful and professional management and maintenance has never been as fast or as good as it is here.
