I recently had a levelling system installed on my motorhome by Redfoot Leveling, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon first meeting with Andrew and how he explained and showed us how the system works we were sold on the product. Such and easy straight forward system to use with the levelling of the van. Our Redfoot ramps cracked and I emailed them with images and a copy of our invoice and almost immediately I received a reply with an offer to upgrade to more expensive ramps for free (which were ultimately too low). Monica posted the replacement out that afternoon and didn't ask us to pay for the postage or return the cracked ramps. It was so nice to receive this level of service so quickly. Also, thank you so much Monica for your kindness and compassion during our recent evacuation because of fires. Highly recommend 😀
