Lonnie is the worst agent I’ve ever met. He’s arrogant and unprofessional I reported him to Redfin of course they took his word as job. He told me he sells 50 houses a year. If that was a grain of truth he would be on magazine covers.
THE WORST, THE AGENT WAS LIKE WORKING FOR THE BUYER, WANTED US TO TAKE A LOW BALL OFFER, IF THAT WAS THE CASE COULD HAVE SOLD IT MYSELF, HAD AN OPEN HOUSE DURING THE WORST WEATHER, THEY PUT OUT ONLY ONE SIGN, DID NOT PUT ANY ON THE MAIN STREET AND THE SIGN LOOK THEY FOUND THEM IN THE DUMP, UNABLE TO READ OPEN HOUSE. BEWARE
