Redfin does advertise the listings of the homes I've been hired to sell from the MLS however they do not advertise me as the resource for buyers to speak with. I've met with the homeowner, been hired due to my knowledge of the area and have walked the home being informed of any and all changes directly from the owner. Redfin real estate was very poor in handling my real estate transaction. Tom Barry a real estate agent with Redfin was the buyers agent. The transaction to close was delayed by two weeks, which cost me $1500. The problem with this company is all three entities of this transaction is owned by Redfin. Title First was the escrow title company and Bay Equity was the lender in this transaction.
