Very disappointing open house experience with Joanne Rodrigues. The agent was rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. We were asked to remove our shoes, which is understandable, but no shoe covers or plastic bags were provided, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient, while others were allowed to walk through with theirs on. The attitude and lack of professionalism made us feel unwelcome the entire time. An open house should make potential buyers feel comfortable, not judged or disrespected.
Refin recommend a Coastal Homes realtor that delayed several times taking up to two months to respond appropriately. The second Refin realtor has been late to his first two appointments, actually this second one he's a no show. Very very very poor service by Redfin realtors.
