Working with Rich Sena was the singular most expensive mistake I have ever made, and that says a lot considering I went to art school. I'd give zero or less if I could. We used Kendal in the Haymarket Va area and she was a nice lady but not sure how she got her real estate license. When she came to the house, she spent 10 min with us with no recommendations or advice. I said should we sell for X and she agreed, again no feedback. The house sat for 4 months with no feedback or anything after open houses or regular showings. I had to track her down. No follow, no negotiations, nothing. I have never received a call from a person that actually try and talk me out of getting a new construction home. The lady was telling me everything that was wrong about the house. She didn’t want me to buy the house. Than she going to say I am not trying to talk you out of not getting it. Yes you did real fast.
I am a contractor and I work with many real estate companies and real estate agents. I witness all different levels of agents and service. Overall Redfin is an amazing agency. One agent, Diane Freeman is just so spectacular that I love working with her, she pours her soul into her clients way beyond what most agents have ever dreamed of. I stopped by an open house today to check out a non working Air conditioning unit only to find the most over the top open house I have ever witnessed and I have been to 1000’s of them. Andre Asselin or whatever is his name is the worst person I worked before with. Never felt so embarrassed , on the top of it he never called or texted back. The laziest person i ever knew. Not sure why Redfin even keeps this person
