Downgrading rating due to rudeness by a member of the office staff, however Jan and Roe courteous and maintenance excellent. Rents,reasonable, but going up, some mold possibilities and drainage issues that cause standing water problems outside my apartment. Rudeness reoccurring problem by 1office staff member imho.
