If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Does this place know it’s flu season? My daughter went in feeling sick and literally had to ask to have her temp taken ! Then no tests for anything ! Basically just sent away . She went to urgent care next day and was quickly diagnosed with The Flu and Strep throat ! Received the medicine she needed promptly. What is wrong with you all at Redfern? Just unacceptable.
i’ve had great experiences here! the doctors are nice and the nurses are caring. they are especially helpful with administering injectable medications!
CAPS program is nice and very available to students, although they’re incredibly reluctant to diagnose anything or even advise you to seek diagnosis. However, the front desk is so mean. I’ve been a few times over the years and they’ve never seemed even remotely happy. During my first ever visits, they were aggressive and talked down to you like you were stupid if you didn’t know how the place worked or where anything was. waited 1.5 hours to be seen my time was not considered valuable
kind front desk and registration. They got my daughter seen fast and all the medical staff was wonderful.
