Some staff are way more helpful than others. The check in process is ridiculous and every time I go it's a hassle to just check into my appointment. PLEASE fix this so I don't have to stand there try to scan a QR code and get through Duo Mobile so I can see a doctor.
From my experience: For the love of God have insurance, or this place will pick you up by the feet, and shake out any money you have in your pockets like a school bully. RedFern is the only place that thousands of students can go to for healthcare and advice, and yet it's ran like a business whose goal isn't to treat the students, but to wring out as much money from them as possible (or their insurance provider, if they were born lucky). If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Does this place know it’s flu season? My daughter went in feeling sick and literally had to ask to have her temp taken ! Then no tests for anything ! Basically just sent away . She went to urgent care next day and was quickly diagnosed with The Flu and Strep throat ! Received the medicine she needed promptly. What is wrong with you all at Redfern? Just unacceptable.
i’ve had great experiences here! the doctors are nice and the nurses are caring. they are especially helpful with administering injectable medications!
