I needed a new roof and contacted 3 roofing companies to do an inspection and give me a quote. The first company did the inspection, then nothing. My issue stems from the inability to communicate with the workers. We had a very precise and specific request if them to not go into our garage without our knowledge or consent. They violated our request. When we asked why they didn't ring the bell and ask us or even let us know they said they "didn't understand". I have serious doubts about that part. Josh was very professional and helpful from inspecting our roof, giving us a detailed job scope, an estimate, and seeing the job to completion. The roofers were very professional as well. They left no mess around the house. Last but not least, Baileigh was also great with keeping us updated and working with us on the paperwork. I will be recommending them to all of our friends and family.
