I just got off the phone with one of redemption psychiatrys nurses, Angie. She was so rude, had no care or compassion for the situation or anything, I couldn't believe it. She ended up hanging up on me, her defense was she was not hanging up on me because she told me she was going to hang up on me, because she was refusing to further explain their policy that I wasn't understanding and I wouldn't just take her answer. I called back to get her supervisors information to file a complaint. She just started defending her self an... read more

After confirming with two separate people at this location that my insurance went through for an appointment, I attended it. A month later I was contacted by email with a $400 bill for the visit. I inquired why I was being billed after being told the visit was covered by insurance. The billing department stated the staff were wrong about approval and insurance declined. My initial reaction was that the facility was old. Very poor signage out front which is confusing and not helpful. But the psychiatrist was very kind and thorough and I would certainly recommend her. If you can get over the facility being kind of old and dirty it’s worth it.

It's disappointing to see all the negative reviews! I'm not a patient, but my partner is, and I thought the level of care and professionalism was totally on point. The nurse assisting us with his procedure was very informative, caring, and took the time to answer all our questions and put his mind at ease. If it was a bad transitional period that they went through, I'd say it's safe to say it's over. All businesses do sometimes. We're all human.
