I took my truck here for some rust repair and body work repair recommended by another shop owner nearby. I regret it now. I paid 5,000 to remove the rust and replace the panels. Did not do a good job. Somehow, I got more scratches on my doors like they put them on the bare floor. They also were not Installed properly on one of them the doors the hinges look like they were scraped with pliers and now won't close properly. I paid $420 to Redemption Custom Paint and Body for a car repair on 06/07/2024, it was to paint a door that was scratched. I did not end up taking the car for the repair because they said it would take 4 days to complete and I could not stop using the car for 4 days. I called to ask for a refund since the service was never provided, I spoke to Matt, who told me that he had used the money and couldn’t give it back to me until next week.
