Went to check out some studio suites. Just entering the main lobby where the mailboxes were was horrific. The intense stench and smell of Kitty litter was overwhelming. I didn't even like walking in there to tour can you imagine if you lived there or had company. The studios were like 900 something dollars but much smaller than anticipated. The one bedrooms jumped all the way up to $1400. That is ridiculous for such a gap in price. I could see if it went up to 1100 for a small one bedroom it may be 1300 for a larger one.
