I feel very positive about Redel. I had to ask Jenny to intervene with a very sensitive case and she did so with no hesitation. In fact, she advocated for me and the case was resolved in my favor. She made no sweeping promises but told me she would do her best and it turned out great. She made me feel like I was her priority. She promptly answered my voice mails and emails. I knew she would not forget about my case even though it lagged a little awaiting resolution. She is terrific!

Redel Insurance Agency treats you like family. My wife and I have been with them since 2005 for our auto and homeowners' insurance. We have had great service from Roger, Lora, and Aimee. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. I had my first homeowners' claim last May, and it was so clear that they had my best interests at heart as they walked me through the process. It was very comforting knowing that I had an ally. I highly recommend them!!
