I was a buyer on the other side of a Redefy sale and the agent Sequeeta Robinson was not responsive , failed to get closing documents in order, and nearly lost the sale.
Matthew Kuntz is unprofessional and unethical. As the listing agent for a house we were under contract to purchase, Matthew was rude when we made a simple request for Seller Concessions and even cursed out our agents. We found several mistakes in the legal documents he sent to us, and he withheld Adverse Material Facts. Before terminating our contract, he threatened to hold our Earnest Money, and followed through on his threat by wrongfully preventing the release of our money after termination.
