We had a water heater leak while out of town that caused a lot of damage around our utility room. Despite it being a stressful time, we were lucky to be in the hands of professionals. These guys delivered prompt service, good quick work, were very respectful of the property, and took care of everything like it was their own house, and offered to handle everything with insurance so we didn’t need to worry about it. Big thanks to Elias, Mike, Hector, and Garrett for their work.

Corey, Miguel, and Matt were very thorough in there inspection of the plumbing and surrounding sibstructure. They caught all issues involved with the tub leak (actually a grouting/seal issue). They were friendly and professional.

So far our experience with Redefined has been excellent. After a very stressful sewage back-up event, they responded quickly and eased a lot of our anxieties. The communication is amazing. Eddie and Sergio were here for a full day doing the mitigation and were so thorough and quick! Our project manager Matt has been so helpful, as well as, the owner Vincent. Would highly recommend!

After dealing with a severe mold issue from water damage, working with Redefined Restoration has been a really positive experience. I’ve worked with other construction companies in the past, and this has been noticeably smoother. Jake and Rudy handled the demolition and mold cleanup with professionalism—on time, polite, and very careful with my belongings, which mattered a lot in my small space.
