Discovered some mold in a bathroom ceiling due to a water problem. Jake and Hector were happy to help and were super informative for someone who has never dealt with this before. They did a great job removing the problem areas, sanitizing and setting everything up to dry.
Brandon and Manny did an excellent job taking down my plaster ceiling after it was damaged by a bathroom leak. They contained the area that was being worked on to prevent dust and debris from getting into other parts of the house. Very professional, friendly and punctual.The clean up was meticulous! Wonderful customer service!
The problem: a plumbing leak in the ruling of one bedroom, and water intrusion in the back end of our garden apartment. Highly recommend this crew. Brandon and Manny showed up on time, carefully masked off the work area and quickly got to work. Brandon did a great job of communicating the steps that would be taken. The attention to detail and care exhibited by both technicians was noteworthy. Work was completed at a brisk pace, and they left our place cleaner than it was before they arrived.
Shaker was very helpful and explained where our issues were coming from and why and also talked through options for next steps. It was great to have a trusted advisor!
