At first, our family was in between companies to restore our basement from being flooded with sewage water. Luckily the professionalism on Matt Strong's part drew us more to continue with Redefined Restoration. I used these guys for a water leak inside the wall in my condo bathroom, which came from one of the units above mine. This turned into a somewhat lengthy project through no fault of their own - the delays were mainly dealing with the insurance company to get approval for the estimate.
