Redefined is hands down my favorite workout class in Wilmington! Sarah, the owner, is so passionate about what she does and you can feel that in every class. It is equal parts challenging, energizing and rewarding! Her skills and technique help her to make proper adjustments and correct form so that you get the most out of every class. The absolute best!!!! AND her playlists are always on point :)))
Redefined is by far the BEST workout in Wilmington. I love that every time I finish class, I leave feeling empowered and stronger than I did walking in! Sarah the owner is always so sweet and makes you feel confident from start to finish! Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend checking out this studio! I get a bit nervous doing new classes but I really shouldn’t have been before signing up for my first lagree class. The studio set up is perfect and Sarah makes the whole process fun and welcoming. Such a great full body workout!
