The office is terrible. Not able to requisition your records from other facilities, even though on the screening call I was told they could. Do not return phone calls, I called the surgeons assistant 3 times over 3 days but never got a call back. An uncaring atmosphere. When I cancelled, tried to cancel, the desk girl who picked up said i would need to be called back to confirm the cancellation. I think i dodged a bullet as there is nothing worse than being in pain, after a procedure, and getting this type of office.
Very bad. He is NOT a doctor. Valley Hospital Pain Management in Paramus.
