Redefine kept switching my appointments and locations on a las minute basis. When I arrived at t the Hackensack location to see Doctor Patel!!! It was only to find out this doctor is not in network with my insurance!!!!! Redefine is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and they play with your health and life like you can have a do over! Be careful redefine might kill you!!!!!!! I’m on medications and now have to dangerously stop them cold turkey because of Redefine Health carelessness and unprofessionalism!!!!!!
