Amazing staff, customer service and service to my truck. I called with what amounted to an emergency for me and they worked me in same day and took care of me and the truck and got me mobile again and all at a very reasonable rate ! 1 Billion Stars to these guys!!!
Yesterday, around 6pm I pulled in Mitchell’s tire shop with a flat on my landscaping trailer, when I pulled in i realized they was closed. The owner of redeemed transmission shop realized I had a flat and the tire shop was closed, so he came to my rescue! I had no jack, 4 way or even a spare tire, but he stop by and let me borrow a spare tire and rim for my trailer to get it home, and he changed the tire for me!! So about a month ago the trans in my Tahoe went out in the midst of raising 5 kids and my fiance fighting cancer ( no worries she's in remission ) anyway Michael took great Care of me, dude had it back to me in 2 in a half days. Been driving around town all day and picked up a couch too. No problem. Thank you guys for thing Care of me and my family. ��
Michael Highsmith and Jeff Mead do AMAZING WORK! Michael is the only guy that's ever worked on any of my cars. These guys are very friendly & knowledgeable , and get your car done quick and affordable! The first time I walked into their shop, I was impressed with how everything looked, and how quickly I was greeted by Jeff and Michael. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. I don't care if I'm an hour away!
