My husband and i came in and spent $500+ on a pair of pants and shorts. I was shocked when we spent that much they wouldn’t hem and ship them free. Either way they charged us and the hem was done poorly. I contacted the company via Facebook, and i can see they read it and are ignoring. I messaged asking why, even though they read it 6 days ago with no response. They read that and still haven’t responded
