They are soon of the nicest doctor I have ever had to talk to and they care alone with listening to me
I love Dr Carr he listens to what I say. He makes you feel that what you say is important to him. I’m a senior citizen and he is not condescending or dismissive of what my ailments are. He is very helpful to me. I would recommend him highly. The front desk and nurses are just the same as he is love them all.

We switched to Reddy Medical & both me & my husband like both our doctors. I use the wife and he uses her husband. They are so kind and listen never rush you and make you feel like a number. Nurses are all so sweet as well.

The nurses were very polite and professional, but when I was told my blood pressure was high, I proceeded to tell the NP that I really believe it was my anxiety causing it because they changed my anxiety medication to something else and the only thing that was done was up the dosage on that PARTICULAR medication!! but, NP did tell me to keep an eye out it and call back if it's not better! BUT other than that, I was professional, I just wished they would listen to you more!!!

The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and not helpful at all. I was trying to get my son's foot xrayed from an injury he received at school, however, because I said he hurt it again at work, the lady said they HAD to file worker's comp...mind you for a 15 year old child!! Thankful for Reddy Urgent Care in Royston who completely comforted me and told me to bring him on where he received the care he needed. It seems the Hartwell office works harder to not see patients than they do to see them.
If you wat your COVID test results in a reasonable time frame don't go to Reddy. It's 7 to 12 BUSINESS Days to get results. Everywhere else is 4 to 6 calendar days. I've been waiting a week, and have no idea when I'll know if I'm safe to be around anyone else. You can call for your results, but can only leave a message, and if it hasn't been 12 business days they won't call you back. I understand demand for testing is high, but when every other test location gets results back on half the time something isn't right.
Dr. Malini Reddy was so kind and caring. I felt like she cared about my health, and she took the time to explain things. The office staff were also very kind and considerate, and I felt like they were taking the necessary precautions during COVID-19; I felt perfectly safe coming in for a well check! I love you guys. I see Jillian Johnson usually but everyone in the office is nice and very caring. I was going to the VA for years with the same symptoms. gerd they said. Turns out it was diabetes. I feel so much better now that my sugar is under control and I am not constantly nauseous and vomiting. You guys tolerate my eccentricities and are always easy to deal with. Thank you!
Went on 4/27. Was seen by the nurse practitioner. Not a sole on there except employees. He was awesome. He listened to me answered all my questions . He made me feel comfortable . I hate going to doctors so dreaded it . So I wanna give a huge thanks to him, Thank You !!!!
