The lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and with only one other person there and she didn’t even acknowledge us! I don’t know how she is still employed with such a terrible attitude. We walked out and went elsewhere.
The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and not helpful at all. I was trying to get my son's foot xrayed from an injury he received at school, however, because I said he hurt it again at work, the lady said they HAD to file worker's comp...mind you for a 15 year old child!! Thankful for Reddy Urgent Care in Royston who completely comforted me and told me to bring him on where he received the care he needed. It seems the Hartwell office works harder to not see patients than they do to see them.
Kudos to the staff at Reddy Care. Not only did I received fast and efficient service after my accident, but Amanda impressed me by preparing my X-rays and having them ready for me to take. Great group of people providing really good medical care!
So glad to find them open on New Year's Day. We were very pleased with our visit. The receptionist and nurse were very helpful. The PA was very thorough in his examination and got us in and out quickly.
I went there on a Sunday morning. The lady who checked me in was wonderful. The nurse was wonderful. The PA was wonderful. I got in and out in a short period of time, and was able to come home, take my meds, and start feeling better. This location is so much better than the Royston location! I would highly recommend it if you are sick outside of your normal Dr office hours.
