Judge by yourself. I called to ask if they accepted my insurance. She said: she doesn't have time to check. Then three hours later I called for the latest time I could check in. She said: look for another place we are busy here. I fall off my bathtub 😔🤷🙄🛁🚿
Complete incompetence! Front desk could not check my daughter in because their “Anthem” system was down. Didn’t offer to make a copy of the insurance card or drivers license and contact info or anything in order to have my daughter seen, just sent my husband away.
I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Front staff friendly and helpful, Medical assistants and nurses were friendly and professional and the Doctor Maria Almagno was very helpful and thorough in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I also barely waited an hour before I was seen. I am very grateful to all of the help and would highly recommend their services
i came in for back pain & i left with a prescription for a UTI that i don’t have… completely ignored me when i said i didn’t have any symptoms for it. go somewhere they’ll actually listen to you not here.
they state copay is upfront, but was billed weeks later for my copay. Also do not attend you well, didn’t treat my wife for what she came in for and dismissed her pain. Typical american medicare
