VERY POOR. I ASKED FOR ANTIBIOTICS, AND THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER A THROAT SWAB. I WAS IN AND OUT, AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT I HAD NO ANTIBIOTICS UNTIL I REACHED THE PHARMACY. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, AND THE PA WOULD NOT COME TO THE PHONE. I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANY DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. I WAS REFUSED THE MEDICINE I NEEDED. NOW, I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER URGENT CARE FOR APPROPRIATE TREATMENT. I WILL WRITE A FEW REVIEWS EVERY DAY FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!
YOU HAVE TO BE EXAMINED BY A PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT. HE DIAGNOSES YOU WITHOUT ANY LAB TESTING. HE JUST "KNOWS" THAT YOU DON'T HAVE A SECONDARY INFECTION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THIS IS A BUSINESS AND NOT A DOCTOR'S OFFICE. STAY AWAY!!!

REDDY URGENT CARE IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR $110 PLUS INSURANCE INFO BEFORE YOU ARE EVEN TREATED. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY. I WAS VERY SICK WITH A SORE THROAT AND A PRODUCTIVE COUGH. THEY DID NOT SWAB MY THROAT OR TEST SPUTUM. THEY DID NOT CARE WHETHER I HAD AN INFECTION! THEY DID NOT KNOW WHETHER I HAD AN INFECTION!
