My dentist recommended Dr. Reddy and I’m so thankful she did! From the moment we walked in the front desk staff is friendly and helpful! The coordinator took ample time to explain everything and make sure we didn’t have any questions. Then when Dr. Reddy came in she took her time interacting with my kids and talking to them and me! I was a new patient and cancelled my appointment because they are affiliated with BrigthNow Dental which has terrible customer service. On 10/27, I requested a phone call from one of its managers/supervisors (Johanna) and explicitly informed call taker (Cindy) that this was important (about money they owed me still not refunded) and that I couldn't show up to my appointment unless my call was returned. It wasn't.
