“Hi, Dr. Reddy’s office can you please hold”? Expect to get this response 90% of the time. You will hold for 5 plus minutes till you hang up. Once in their office expect to wait anywhere from 1-2 hours before your appointment. Staff is friendly and the doctors are good but is it worth it?
Dr. Reddy’s office staff and policies are terrible. They still won’t see symptomatic/sick patients in office 2+ years after COVID began, even with negative tests. It makes zero sense. You are a primary care doctor’s office. Part of running such an office includes SEEING and treating people who are sick in office and not telling them to go to urgent care. This office is the worst!! I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and waited over an hour!! Staff is rude, canceled and will NEVER go back there!! No wonder their rating is a 1.
