Dr. Sangeetha Reddy is an excellent doctor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to her patients. I always feel heard and respected during appointments, and she never makes me feel uncomfortable. She has a kind, approachable personality and a great sense of humor, which makes visits comfortable and easy. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician.
Dr. Reddy has been my doctor and she is an excellent doctor whom I truly respect. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman who answers the phone has a terrible attitude and no willingness to help. When I called the office to schedule an appointment for issue I was facing, she said there were no appointments this week and told me to go to urgent care or some other doctor. Dr. Reddy has been my doctor for almost 18 years, and she is an excellent doctor whom I truly respect. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr Reddy, herself, is a good doctor, but the medication management & staff are completely inefficient. I have had multiple issues with them not sending in prescriptions & refills in a timely manner, and was once denied insurance approval for meds simply because the staff did not properly fill out the paperwork (twice!). They are extremely disorganized (and sometimes rude) - not worth it even if she's a good provider.
