Dr. Reddy has been my doctor for almost 18 years, and she is an excellent doctor whom I truly respect. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman who answers the phone has a terrible attitude and no willingness to help. When I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my son, who was sick and needed to switch from his pediatrician, she asked his name and I said this is first time immediately she said there were no appointments until next week and told me to go to urgent care... read more
Dr Reddy, herself, is a good doctor, but the medication management & staff are completely inefficient. I have had multiple issues with them not sending in prescriptions & refills in a timely manner, and was once denied insurance approval for meds simply because the staff did not properly fill out the paperwork (twice!). They are extremely disorganized (and sometimes rude) - not worth it even if she's a good provider.
I've had a very bad experience with Dr. Reddy's receptionist(Indian). Although I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy's for the past 12 years, my recent encounter with the receptionist was unacceptable. When I called to schedule an appointment, she asked for the reason, and I mentioned coughing. She immediately asked if I had taken a COVID test, which I hadn't, since I was calling for an appointment. She then told me to get a COVID test first and call back for an appointment.
