My mother has been a patient for a long time and each time we go, the experience is worse than the last. Dr. Reddy is hardly ever in the office and her hours are completely ridiculous! She offers telehealth visits and is not flexible at all!!! Her office is completely unorganized. You are told one thing and by your next visit you are told something else. Very unethical. Treating me for diabetes, have an appointment and her staff calls 4 days before appointment knowing it's 2 days before the weekend to inform me that I need bloodwork when i have to make an appointment. Then Dr.Reddy says she won't refill my prescriptions knowing im a diabetic without bloowork done.. Staff is unprofessional ,and so is Dr.Reddy as she is very unethical. Oh wait she tells me if it's an emergency to go to the emergency room for my diabetic medications. Im on like 5 or 6 medications. And reason I ... read more
Doctor Reddy was very thorough with my MIL, knew when and when not to do a biopsy. Did not subject her to unnecessary testing or stress. Good explanation of the anatomy of the problem.
