Horrible. Not only did he chastise me for working in a field I had allergies to, but his office staff refused to take payment over the phone or by mail when I moved out of the area. They wanted me to drive 7hrs ONE WAY to pay my account in person. And then had the audacity to send me to collections. I tried pay over the phone, I offered to send a check via mail, they refused. And then sent me to collections. Slimy.
