Terrible. Only here because it’s the only specialist covered by my HMO. Staff never answers the phone during business hours and you have to sit through that long message just to reach someone every time. They NEVER fax your paperwork to the labs when they claim to do so, and if they do, it’s most likely the wrong number. You will need to compromise a-lot of time and gas running around doing what they’re supposed to do. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The doctors where great they were very friendly and took there time to explain everything to me regarding my vist.
