Their cleaning crew do not clean right. No one's at front. Stairway full of trash. Walls dirty trash from rooms in hallway. They have not cleaned room over week.
I’m here for an extended visit (2 months) and I love this place! Everyone and I mean everyone I’ve dealt with have always been friendly and professional. There’s a young lady who works the desk and she has gone out of her way to help me with anything I’ve asked of her! She’s very helpful and professional and friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a reservation at super 8 initially. We drove 6 hours for them to tell us “ yes we see your reservation, but we don’t have any rooms” thankfully we found Reddy hotel. Holiday Inn was over $1000 and we ended up paying $248 at Reddy. What a savings. We found it to be quite comfortable with a full size fridge and even a stove. And with all the extra money we saved my hubby can take me on hot dates! Win, win!
