I called Redds and they came in the same day. They knew what the issue was within five minutes and didnt charge me for a diagnostic like some of the other large chain stores. The other companies that came to assess my unit were there for hours to come to the same conclusion. Redds was easy to work with, honest, and replaced my system the next day! This is a true family owned business as well. Brent, his son, and his cousin are the best in the business. DO NOT HESITATE TO GIVE THEM SOME BUSINESS!

Redd's is the best! The son Brent came out Tuesday evening, gave me a quote and my system was done when I got off work the very next day!! Very promp, professional, and trustworthy!
