Floor is separated, has holes, door to bathroom drags on floor, hard to open. Shower faucet is hot to blistering hot only and no pressure. Very noisy location.
If I could give more than 5 stars for Sunny at the front desk I would triple it! I have never had such a friendly experience at any hotel as I did this weekend! As long as she continues working at your hotel it will be our place to stay every time we come to Redding to see our kids and grandkids!
Be careful if you're in rooms late 130s and early 140s there is a tree that is swarming with bees.
Ladies at counter were really nice and very welcoming. The room itself on the other hand was not very clean, smelled like amonia. The bedding was clean , but there was dust all over as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Bathroom had double sided tape on shower, the fridge door was stuck as if something had spilt inside at some point and made its way to the seal and hardened.
Always enjoy our stay here. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
