The staff at night was very polite but the morning staff on duty was rude. Even before we talked to her she was already slamming cabinets and drawers, seemed annoyed for no reason. The shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom were filled with water but the room was clean.
This is the worst room condition I have ever seen in the United States. Both beds were badly soiled, even though they were made. We requested a new room that was in only slightly better condition. You look like someone had wiped their butt on the bed cover. Really gross. Then there's the bed base with a verticalsheet of steel metal directly below the mattress, the length and width of the base and about 1 ft high. When your foot unavoidably hits it, it sounds like rolling thunder in the middle of the night.
Large rooms with kitchenettem for a great price.
Room was awesome, large & clean, beds were super comfy, too. Only issue was the weird lump btwn the room & the bathroom/vanity area we kept tripping on. Like a 2+inch step up for no reason. We ended up putting a towel down so we'd pay attention. Both rooms on either side didn't have this issue (we asked housekeeping). This could be a MAJOR trip/fall issue for the owners & I'd hate for something to happen bc overall the facility was great.
