I have never had such a great car buying experience granted I went at it a little differently than ever before and took care of my financing well before coming in. Billy helped us out and we were in and out with a new Ascent and were so happy with it! Super fast super friendly.
I had my check engine light come on while driving and called Redding Subaru. Tonya talked me through it. Micheal suggested I come in to have service "check it out." He gave me a loner car on the spot and I had mine returned back, fixed, within a day and a half. Wonderful service, great people!
Huge shout out to Chris for helping my girlfriend get a vehicle again
Just had my Forester in for 30k service. I was assisted by Stone Kleeber. It was a very busy morning but he took the time to go over the service with me, offered me a loaner for for a few hours and was just all around a great service employee. Also while I was there I observed that everyone in the counter that day had great people skills. So glad I use Redding Subaru.
