I have been a resident at three Baco Realty owned properties: Sandpointe, Hilltop Garden Apartments, and Redding Hilltop Apartments. Of the the three, my experience at Redding Hilltop Apartments was the absolute worst. I lived there for just shy of one year, and during that period I had an adjoining tenant issue, problems with ants, and outside drainage problems, just to name a few.
