So, I was in a huge need of some service today while I was riding from Sacramento to Shasta Lake. On our lunch stop as soon as we took the exit, I noticed my shifts were hella free but didnt realize until 2 mins later that my shaft splines went round and won't shift quite like it was before and then went free completely. I’ve always been treated right here. When buying s bike, parts or service.
The people here are very rude and don’t give you the time of day .. have been there many times to see if maybe we caught them at a bad time and it’s always the same .. my husband had a question for the parts dept and the sales representative there didn’t even want to engage with him .. makes me sad , most harley stores we go into are pretty awesome .. this place by far has been the worst .. no need for us to back again ..
Redding Harley your parts department should really brush up on their customer service skills. I know their is not a lot of women Harley owner/riders but seriously treating me like I don't know anything about motorcycles and assuming that I must be picking up parts for a guy, and then arguing with me that I really wanted a different part but just was calling it an incorrect name. All this because i have tits therefore I don't know anything about Harleys. How wrong he was I have bought 2 bikes from Redding Harley in the past. ... read more
They refuse returns. Consideratipn was not even given to circumstances.
Probably the worst Harley I have been to yet. Always issues and they even charge $40 to help load your bike. I do all my business at Chico Harley, night and day difference.
