Doctor J is great. Everything else leaves much to be desired. I've run out of medications twice and had it take more than a week to resolve, despite going over my entire list of meds during my intake appointment in May. This was especially problematic when it was my antidepressant. I had called and gotten ahold of Justin, I was panicked and crying, instead of helping me he just cut me off and dropped me into the general voicemail box.
