Doesn't matter how well you like the medical staff! Office management sucks. Call for appointments, goes to voice mail 90%. Don't expect call back in less than 48hrs, if ever! Office Management is incompetent/ uncaring. Assume that means No one in the group really cares for/about the patients?

Doctor J is great. Everything else leaves much to be desired. I've run out of medications twice and had it take more than a week to resolve, despite going over my entire list of meds during my intake appointment in May. This was especially problematic when it was my antidepressant. I had called and gotten ahold of Justin, I was panicked and crying, instead of helping me he just cut me off and dropped me into the general voicemail box. Dr. Jeyaratnam is the most caring, kind doctor I have ever been to in the entire 69 years of my life. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, and found important medical issues about me that other doctors never discovered. She asks many questions, and answers all of yours. Dr. "J" is the only doctor I will ever go to for the rest of my life, no matter where she practices medicine. She really cares about you. Arthur MacArthur
